Organic Bali Kintamani is unique - the most complex coffee from Indonesia. It received an outstanding 90 score from Kenneth Davids and the Coffee Review. Reviewers described it as "… an impressively lush, voluptuous coffee."

Coffee Review's blind assessment of Organic Bali Kintamani Natural included, "Intensely sweet and fruit-toned. Brown sugar, dark chocolate, strawberry, hazelnut, a hint of mint in aroma and cup. Roundly rich acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is impressively sweet and flavour-saturated."

The Bourbon and Typica varietals predominant in Organic Bali Kintamani Natural shade grow beneath tangerine, orange trees with compost containing fruit from the tree and coffee cherries also add to this unique coffee's acidity. At elevations of 4,200 to 5,500 feet atop a large active volcanic plateau. Bali prohibits the use of pesticides, and all fertilizers are 100 per cent organic. The coffee is naturally dry-processed, meaning coffee beans are dried inside the coffee cherries instead of being removed from the fruit before processing, which adds richness and depth.
